All quotes provided are estimates based on information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on actual building conditions, access requirements, and scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared by qualified professionals and, where indicated, certified by a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals for any critical decisions.

5. FAA Compliance

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. AERIALLY.AI maintains current FAA certifications and required insurance coverage for all flight operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

AERIALLY.AI provides inspection data and reports based on conditions observable at the time of inspection. We are not liable for conditions not detectable by our equipment or methods, or for decisions made based on our reports without independent professional review.

7. Intellectual Property
